Immigration Practice
Our law offices represent clients in immigration-related cases before the agencies of the United States Department of Homeland Security (formerly known as the Immigration and Naturalization Service), the Department of Labor, the Department of State, the Immigration Court, and federal district courts.
Additionally, we represent clients in appellate cases before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Office, and the federal courts of appeals. We also represent clients in criminal and civil appeals in California courts and the federal courts of appeals.
