Regina Knoll received her law degree from California Western School of Law in 2005 and her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Spanish from Central Connecticut State University in 2002. In 2001, she received the prestigious Henry Barnard Award for Academic Excellence from the Connecticut State University System. Ms. Knoll clerked for the Casa Cornelia Law Center and the Law Offices of Ricardo Vidal in San Diego.

Ms. Knoll joined Jacobs Schlesinger & Sheppard in 2006. Her primary focus is business immigration. She represents large, mid-size, and small U.S. companies in a variety of industries throughout the United States and provides experienced consultation to foreign nationals who desire to work in the United States with nonimmigrant employment visas, including E, H, L, P, TN, R, and O visas, and to those applying for permanent resident/immigrant visas ("green cards"). In addition, Ms. Knoll handles family-based cases, removal cases, and asylum cases. Ms. Knoll represents foreign nationals from around the world before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, U.S. Customs & Border Protection, U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement, Department of Labor, and Department of State.

Ms. Knoll is admitted to the bar of the State of California. She is a member of the American Bar Association, California Women Lawyers, and the Lawyers Club of San Diego. A native of Austria, Ms. Knoll is fluent in German.
